Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Tractor Operative to support the team at a salad farm in Essex.
Our Client
Our client, is a fresh produce grower that grows Salad and Spinach in Essex. They grow indoor and outdoor but are looking for a Tractor Operative for the outdoor growing.
The Role
This role is a general farm role and will involve preparing land right up to the stage of harvest. It will support the cultivation's team in rotavating and tunnel maintenance, planting, drilling, spraying and irrigation. Field and Bed spraying is part of the role, so a spraying qualification is needed - PA1 & PA2.
The candidate
Previous experience in a similar role is required. One year's tractor driving experience is essential, with farm experience. The role is a full time position.
