Estate/Farm/Business Manager required to take over from the owner who is looking to retire from the day to day running of the business.  This family owned farm (400 ha), based in Dorset has a contract farming agreement in place for the majority of the land.  Permanent pasture is farmed in hand, together with woodland, property, 10 houses and a self catering holiday business.  There is also a commercial storage business, comprising of self store, caravans/boats and motorhomes with some classic cars, which will be included in the job role.  This will be a really interesting job opportunity, with variety and an opportunity to develop the business.  Everything is high standard so the successful applicant will need to be able to continue at this level throughout the various businesses.  Salary in the region of £50k depending on experience to include a house.  Replies, CV, including a covering letter to; hugo@townhillfarm.net
