WHO’S THE EMPLOYER? CLAAS UK Ltd is part of the CLAAS Group, an innovative company founded by August Claas in 1913, it has remained a family business to this day and its strength commenced with its harvesters in 1936 and went on to dominate other markets to include self-propelled forage harvesters and tractors. Their turnover is in the region of €4 billion with 11,400 employees around the world. Joining CLAAS is joining a very big Agricultural Engineering family. CLAAS, Market Harborough also sells other premium equipment from HORSCH and STEWART.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE? An established territory role with responsibility for maintaining and growing the customer base with some great potential growth areas for the right individual. You will be tasked with demonstrating and selling the range of premium products from CLAAS, HORSCH and STEWART to Farmers and Contractors in the area. You will be supported with industry leading training from the CLAAS and HORSCH Academy and given a personal development plan to aid your progression within the company. They care and want you to do well.

WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• A sound product knowledge.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Good understanding of modern farming and contracting practices.
• Being self-motivated and presenting a professional image to the customer.
• Residing within the territory.
• Full UK Driving licence.
