FARM & ESTATE MANAGER
Our client is seeking a competent and energetic person to oversee the management and development of this progressive farming business. The farming enterprise currently consists of 1046ha of combinable crops, grassland and includes an extensive HLS agreement. As well as the arable enterprise, duties will also include the management of amenity red and fallow deer, and the letting and management of 11 residential properties.
Applicants must be capable of working to high standards and have sound practical experience of growing combinable crops. Project management, cost control, and the ability to motivate and lead a small labour force are key qualities.
A competitive employment package will be offered together with a good house on the estate if required.
