An opportunity has arisen for a Farm Manager or an individual who wants to further themselves as a Trainee Farm Manager based on a new build farm in Kelso, Scottish Borders.  Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm, employees and all associated activities.

Being a strong team player with a good attitude, you will have the ability to motivate and lead the staff within your responsibility and be dedicated to maintaining bird health and welfare. Attention to detail is an important factor in addition to having a good understanding of the factors that affect and achieve biological performance.

A comprehensive development program will be put in place for the successful candidate to help with the transition of working with our stock.
