Our Client

Our client is a family ran business that has been farming in Herefordshire for a number of years. They are a diverse and dynamic agricultural business looking for an ambitious individual to join their fruit team.

The role

This is a new role within the business to support the Head of Fruit Operations of a successful soft fruit and top fruit Farm. You will help to manage and add value to the main processes involved in the production. Specific duties will be to assist the day to day running of the farm operations. Full training and career progression are very much part of the role.

The candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for fresh produce and has a positive 'can do' attitude and be flexible enough to adapt to the work environment. Someone who is wanting a career in Agriculture / Fresh Produce.
