WORKING FARM MANAGER

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated individual to manage a  2500 acre predominantly combinable arable unit. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in crop production and management with the experience to lead and motivate a small team. The person will also have enthusiasm for technology as well as a passion for the environment and long term stewardship of land.

The position will require a hands on approach with practical day to day involvement in all farm activities including cultivation work and spraying . PA1 and 2 plus telehandler qualifications are essential. BASIS and FACTS are desirable but training will be provided. Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly are key quality requirements.

A competitive remuneration package is available to the right candidate.
