A great opportunity has arisen for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ dairy experience to join an already experienced and dynamic team milking 650 cows in Shropshire.
The farm has an expectation for you to only to carry out one of the two milking’s per day, with a typical start time of 7.00am and a finish of 6.00pm to give a good work / life balance.
The farm has a 30/60 swing-over parlour to milk the split spring and autumn block-calving cows, together with excellent handling facilities, paddock infrastructure, tracks and feed facilities. 
You must be a good team player who can support the working farm manager, herd manager and existing team. You will undertake milking, grazing management, fencing, young-stock rearing, AI, foot trimming and herd health checks. There is 3 bed accommodation within easy walking distance of the farm, which is free from rent and council tax.
