Our team seeks a dairy enthusiast to join them on this progressive dairy unit in a great location not far from the Eastbourne coast. 

This role focuses on the herd of 450 high yielding Holstein/Friesian cows.   Milking currently through a 40:40 DTL parlour, with Auto Dipping and Flushing, ACR’s, Heat Time, Auto Shedding and excellent throughput/handling facilities

Calving in an Autumn block, the cows are housed in recently constructed first class conditions throughout and have yields in excess of 10,000 litres per cow.  

This position, given the availability of training and support, is a great opportunity as a steppingstone to levels of responsibility and large herd management.  The unit continues to be well staffed with a skilled and dedicated team structured to ensure their wellbeing as well as performance and consistency for the cows.
