Field Technician – Trainee/Experienced - Agricultural Machinery – Worcs/Glos/Warks

This is a fantastic hands-on opportunity to work for a well-established and progressive agricultural machinery manufacturer and dealer.

As a field technician, you will be on the road, visiting farms to perform set-up and service of new and existing machinery.

A passion for farm machinery and a willingness to learn is essential for this role.   Through previous experience gained as a technician or after full training, you will be able to recognise faults in equipment and rectify and repair on site.

As a customer focused position, you will need to enjoy helping people, demonstrate good interpersonal skills, as well as being enthusiastic, well organised and reliable.   Effective communication skills are required to communicate confidently with customers, both over the telephone and in person.
