The Case IH & New Holland brands are expanding support teams to introduce and develop new technology and improvements within our dealer network and customers. 

A variety of roles are available, technicians through to product specialists, including Product Behavioural Specialist and Alternative Power Product Specialists. Some roles will offer hands-on technical support to our customers and dealers, while others will monitor the performance of customer machines. These roles are located nationally throughout the United Kingdom & Ireland

We are the first ever company to introduce alternative power, such as within our new Alternative Power Product Support Specialist role, supporting the dealers and implementation of the new methane powered tractors!

See below the roles we are currently recruiting!

Alternative Power Product Support Specialist:

• To be the focal point for Technical Training and Technical Support EU for Methane powered tractors and to support dealers (UK/RoI ) and other EU market product support teams with the implementation and support of methane powered tractors.  Create and lead a methane community across the PS+BS+ other functions.

Field Product Behaviour Specialist

• Responsible for the Fleet monitoring and the dealing with any feedback given from the customers with the objective to continue to improve CNHi products through customer surveying and fleet monitoring
• Liaise with Quality and Customer Advocacy to analyse the information data given in order to execute the required action plan

Uptime engineer

• Working within the Case IH service team, this exciting and challenging position will be based from the field, in a fully equipped van and will involve regular travel throughout UK / Ireland and occasional European travel.  The sole goal of this function is support the Case IH dealer network and customers with diagnostics and repairs of agricultural equipment to maximize uptime.

Service Technicians

• The sole goal of this function is to support the in dealer network diagnosing complex technical issues, prioritising concerns in the local market for the products of responsibility and identifying knowledge gaps in the dealer network. 

Field Service Support Harvester

• Working within the New Holland service team, this exciting and challenging position will be based from the field with regular travel throughout the UK Market and occasional European travel.  The sole goal of this function is to support the New Holland dealer network and customers with diagnostics, and repairs of Harvester equipment.

Technical Trainer

• In this role you will be responsible for delivering technical training to the UK/ROI AG dealer network to an exceptional level, developing content and methods to ensure a successful transfer of knowledge to support dealers in being able to give an excellent level of customer support.
