As part of the business growth, we are looking to further strengthen our technical team, ensuring we can understand our clients requirements and can translate them into specifications to that can be designed and built. Specifically in this instance, with the addition of an irrigation specialist

About the Job

You'll be the go-to lead on all matters pertaining to new irrigation installations into a range of glasshouse/indoor solutions. Consulting and advising on all the various solutions and solving technical challenges for the customers, you'll add massive value in fleshing out what's possible. With creative flair and using professional wisdom, gained from years working with commercial horticulture irrigation systems, you'll help the team deliver their projects.

You'll need to lead irrigation design ensuring constructability is considered throughout. You will need to work closely with the site teams to ensure it is implemented correctly you must, importantly understand the requirements of our customers to help create the most optimised facility.

There will be opportunity to work closely with the project management team to troubleshoot design details and through the life of the project and work with our industry partners in ensuring the end product functions as desired.

The Ideal Candidate

Have you worked extensively with indoor, glasshouse irrigation systems? Do you have a passion to put a career of knowledge and experience to use in the creation of some new and exciting installations/builds?

Have you worked with irrigation solutions for a range of different crop types?

Can you demonstrate your expertise and communicate to customers with strong technical knowledge

Do you want to have the flexibility to travel across the UK to visit sites/customers as required?

There is a great team to support this role - from an engineering and commercial perspective so the ideal candidate doesn't need to know everything about everything, but they must be a market expert in irrigation.
