The Role:

Responsible for managing the designated sales territory, increasing sales and generating awareness and demand for Carrs Billington’s products within this territory, whilst supporting and implementing the Company sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will be technically adept and knowledgeable of ruminant farming, with the ability to advise and guide customers through the benefits of the Carrs offerings.

They will also be expected to devote a significant proportion of their time to building and growing profitable relationships with farmers by way of planned field account management, as well as supporting smaller farmers, developing and growing relationships.

This role will suit a real self starter, someone who has good market knowledge and the ability to generate relationships with key stakeholders to maximise sales. The successful applicant will have the commercial acumen to develop the farm networks to maximise product sales across the entirety of their patch.
