Our client is seeking a Resident Estate Manager. This is a high profile appointment on a prestigious country estate with a Grade I listed mansion house situated in the South of England. A proven track record will be essential and you should have an interest in heritage property, as well as an understanding and appreciation of rural affairs. Experience in equestrian and hospitality will be an advantage.

The Resident Estate Manager will report directly to the owner, and will have supervision of Estate staff, contractors, on-going projects, and responsibility for financial control. It is proposed to further develop the agricultural, livestock, leisure, recreational and equestrian elements of the Estate.

The successful candidate will need to have a hands-on approach and the ability to get things done quickly and efficiently, as well as to communicate effectively.

The salary package will be commensurate with experience to include a house and estate vehicle.
