HydroSure Global LTD, a market leading Horticultural business is seeking an exceptional person to lead the business. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join our evolving and growing team in Telford. This permanent position is well suited to someone who has a deep understanding of the Bare Root Hedging market and in particular, they will have been deeply involved within the production and trading of hedging plants.

As a rapidly expanding business, you will be joining the company at an exciting time, as we create and roll out ambitious plans to increase our market share within the market. As the demand for Bare Root Hedging grows, faster than its UK transplant supply, we would like to employ a manager to build and deliver the business plan.  You’ll be given the opportunity to work alongside the CEO and Founder to:

• Expand our contract growing relationships with our current and new suppliers
• Develop cold storage warehousing to serve our customers better 
• Establish our own vertically integrated Bare Root nursery

Job Specific Requirements:

• Experience within the horticultural industry and have a reasonable hedge plant knowledge
• Previous experience of trading and/or growing Hedging plants
• Self-motivated and a drive to succeed
• Excellent at building relationships
• Good communicator
• Previous experience of delivering exceptional results
