COMMODITIES TRADER (FULL TIME) UNITED OILSEEDS MARKETING LTD, HEAD OFFICE, DEVIZES United Oilseeds is the UK’s leading break crop specialist and one of the country’s most successful independent agricultural co-operatives. With 4,500 farmer members, we operate nationally and trade 28% of the UK oilseed rape crop market and supply 30% of the UK’s rapeseed seed requirements.  

Working alongside our farm traders, you will be responsible for the management of customer relations on commercial and non-commercial aspects of customer contracts, providing a consistent point of contact from purchase to delivery.  You will be the contact point between our traders and our sales team. Supervised by our experienced traders, you will be involved in searching out new trading opportunities and assisting in trading all commodities to drive increased margin growth. Specific ownership of some commodities will be given, with a view to increasing responsibilities over time. You will be committed to providing an exceptional standard of customer service, resolving any issues in a timely manner.

Your ability to communicate at all levels, building strong relationships both internally and externally, will be essential to your success in this role and the customer will be at the heart of everything you do.
