Working alongside the Managing Director, you will be responsible for expanding the current European dealer and distributor network, through identifying and developing new business opportunities in target countries.

Ideal candidates will be multilingual, with French and German language skills highly desirable.  You will require excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to maintain and develop strong client relationships, providing on the ground sales support to dealers as they generate leads and assist with deal closure. 

You will be required to resolve customer issues, keeping them updated on key developments in relation to specific orders, through regular liaison with the UK office.

This role is ideally suited to a highly motivated, commercially astute individual who has proven experience working within the agricultural export markets.

This is a homebased role and candidates will ideally be based in the UK or Western Europe.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in agricultural machinery or capital goods sales
  • Proven experience working in the agricultural export markets is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of livestock farming will be advantageous
  • Proven sales and business development experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Strong IT skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required
  • Possess additional European Language skills, ideally French, German, Spanish or Russian
