I am looking for an experienced salesperson to join the thriving sales team of a well-established and successful family-owned business. You may already be in a senior role or perhaps an experienced salesperson looking for an exciting progression opportunity. You will need to have a strong sales background and a passion for ruminant nutrition.

This company have a diverse portfolio of feed products with an extensive existing client base, although it is essential that you enjoy generating new business.

By joining this business, you will have excellent opportunities to develop and progress your career in the feed sales business. You will be part of a dynamic and progressive team who work closely with each other and the technical team to ensure a total service to the farming client.

The day-to-day role will involve:

  • Liaise with team members and attend company meetings as required.
  • Maintaining excellent product knowledge.
  • Occasionally attend shows and conferences.
  • Providing nutritional support and advice on farm.
  • Business development.
  • Key account management.

You will need:

  • Extensive practical dairy experience.
  • Ruminant nutrition knowledge.
  • Strong sales background.
  • Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
