Job Details
I am looking for Pet Technical Manager for a leading global business, known for their excellence in animal nutrition. This role is a high profile one and it is expected that the person will represent our client as a technical ambassador at the highest levels across the companion animal nutrition sector.
Your day to day role will include design, formulation, trials and production of specialist companion animal feeds and supplements. As well as an extensive technical ability, you will have commercial acumen and experience in supporting distributors and customers as well as aiding the sales team.
This role will offer excellent career progression for the right candidate as well as the opportunity for a flexible home working agreement.
About You:
- Degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of animal nutrition.
- Proven work experience within the Pet or Agricultural feed industries.
- Technical ability to present and advise on a broad product range, across species.
- Proven experience working with animal feed formulations.
- Commercially astute.
- Business development experience will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
