Agronomy Opportunity in Hampshire and Sussex

We are looking for a talented Agronomist for a new position in Hampshire and Sussex. Our client is a well-established independent agronomy organisation which provides fee-based crop services to progressive arable growers. Successful candidate(s) will provide comprehensive and holistic advisory services and in doing so, optimise farm profitability, in balance with environmental sustainability. Industry leading systems and services, in conjunction with the latest independent technical support will enable the successful candidate(s) to deliver highly attractive suite of services to their clients.

Candidates will require:

• A degree in agriculture, agronomy or equivalent experience
• To be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team as well working on their own
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Well-developed IT skills
• BASIS and FACTS qualifications
• Ambition for success and self-development in their career

This role will suit a qualified (or part qualified) agronomist who wishes to service a new customer portfolio and further develop their career through the delivery of the latest crop management systems, services and advice.

The position offers a very attractive remuneration package.

Location: Home based in Hampshire or Sussex
