Junior/Graduate Formulator Opportunity- Yorkshire

Are you looking to kick start your career in the animal feed sector?

I am looking for someone to join a highly successful national business in their formulations team, this is a fixed term contract with a minimum 12-month period.

This would be the ideal position for someone looking to take the first step in their formulation or nutrition career within a company who can provide exemplary training and development.

You may come from a similar role, or perhaps be a recent graduate looking for that next step. For this opportunity you do need experience in the feed industry such as a placement year.

You will be based at the company's base in Yorkshire, they are one of the largest animal feed producers in the UK providing a wide variety of feed products across the animal feed sector. This is a well-equipped, modern feed mill who is undergoing a large-scale investment project.

Daily tasks will include:

• Communication with customers, understating their feed needs.
• Formulation of products using Bestmix software.
• Providing pricing quotations.
• Receiving customer orders.
• Liaising with the production and raw materials departments.

You will be:

• Ideally experienced in formulation, using Bestmix software.
• Technically minded, strong nutritional understanding.
• Excellent communicator.
• Resilient, driven and self-motivated.

Package will be dependent on prior experience, with extensive benefits package.
