Job Details
Are you currently forming strong business relationships? Are you ready to take this skill one step further? As a livestock buyer, you will be nurturing your relationship with beef producers in the South West area, working for one on the UK's largest food supply chain businesses.
Your communication and organisation skills must be on form; you will be liaising with farmers and colleagues in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Current knowledge of beef and lamb production will be an advantage, splitting your time between the office and out on farm.
About you:
- You may currently be in a sales role, looking for a change of direction.
- Have a strong commercial understanding.
- Be computer literate.
- Have a logistical mindset.
- Accurate record keeping skills.
