The Aftercare Manager will work with the product management and customer aftercare teams within this international machinery business, responsible for all of the service products to include spare parts, service agreements and updates/upgrades.
This role is the next step in the customer journey after purchase, an integral part of the extensive customer service provided by this business. You will not only be involved in training and advising the sales team, you will also develop marketing plans to improve the market uptake of the aftercare products.
What do I need?
- This role will be suitable for someone who enjoys a dynamic and fast paced role, used to balancing several tasks at one time.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail is needed as you will need to liaise milk processors and government ages to ensure products meet the specifications, guidelines and criteria needed.
- A good understanding of the dairy industry.
- Candidates with experience in machinery/servicing would be advantageous.
