You will be advising farmers in several areas including soil management, carbon credits, carbon footprint assessments, emissions as well as assisting with grant applications such as the Woodland Creation Scheme and the Environmental Land Management scheme. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop new business opportunities and build on their existing client base.

If you are passionate about helping our farmers ensure they are receiving the correct advice and support and are educated to degree level and have significant farming experience then this role is for you.
What you need to have to be considered:
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with farmers.
- Self-motivated, with good time management skills and ability to work as a team.
- Confident personality and enthusiastic with the ability to advise with empathy.
- A good understanding of IT programmes.
- Farming and agricultural employment experience.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- FACTS desirable but not essential.
