Having an arable focus and being capable of navigating your way around machinery will put you in an attractive position for this role. I am looking for a skilled machinery operator who is accustomed to working in a close knit team.

You will be providing particular agronomic tasks that provide support to the wider network of events within this company. If you enjoy the hands on aspect of field work, in addition to providing support to a global Agronomic Development programme, then I want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the growth and production of crops suitable to the Field Trials.
  • Meeting targets provided by the farm manager.
  • Irrigation management.
  • Crop protection.
  • Maintaining accurate records.

About you:

  • You must have strong, proven arable experience.
  • Communicate well within a team.
  • Holding PA1, PA2 and PA6 qualifications would be advantageous.
  • Have experience in a variation of crop types.
