BTCT points 5-6, commencing at point 5. 
Actual starting salary: £19,933 per annum

Brymore is a State Boarding School for boys aged 11 - 17 set in its own 60 acre site with a working farm, gardens, workshops and sports facilities which are fully utilised in the delivery of the curriculum to over 320 students of which 130 are boarders.

We are looking for a well organised, practical and understanding individual to join the Academy as an Agricultural Technician and Agricultural Teaching Assistant.  The main purpose of this role is to provide a high level of agricultural systems support to the Farm Manager and Head of Agriculture, and to provide personalised support for students with special educational needs.

You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in literacy and numeracy, with experience of dealing with young people.  Experience of supporting students within an educational setting would be an advantage.

Please note although we are seeking a full-time colleague, applications for part time hours will also be considered.
