Through continued growth, an opportunity has arisen to join an independent firm of rural surveyors advising on a wide mix of rural issues.

Our client

You will be joining a well-established company that prides itself on a highly personal approach, outstanding service, and attention to detail. Much of their work comes from word of mouth and customer recommendations.

The role

The role offers a wide range of professional work with a good range of clients from small growers to high net worth individuals. While you will be anchored to an office the role still relies on face-to-face encounters with clients, just because you can use zoom doesn't mean you should every time.

The work covers traditional professional advice covering negotiations, estate management, and valuations etc.

The candidate

Candidates from a range of backgrounds will be considered but the ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor and a member of CAAV is an advantage. You are likely to be a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
