Permanent Position for Experienced Tractor Driver/Agricultural Operator – West Sussex/Hampshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy contracting team; we are looking for a Full-time Skilled & Experienced Agricultural Operator. 

We require an experienced operator who is a highly motivated & conscientious individual with meticulous attention to detail. The job role is varied but would include self-propelled sprayer driving using a Bateman RB35, combine driving using a Claas Lexion 770 and drilling using a 6m Horsch Sprinter. The ability to operate & maintain these machines to a high standard is essential.

The successful applicant must be:

• Hard working with a good attention to detail
• Ability to use their own initiative when working in a team or by themselves
• Full UK Driving License
• PA1 & 2 essential
• Workshop skills are an advantage

Candidates will be able to demonstrate a successful agricultural working background where they have developed their skills and experience.

Woodmancote Contractors Ltd carries out complete farm contracting operations for a large and varied customer base across Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. Alongside our agricultural work we have a biomass wood chipping and wood fuel supply side to our business which continues to grow. It is a busy firm, with a lot of scope for the right candidate. The role will be varied using the latest new machinery.
