About our Client

Our client was established with the intention to help farmers move away from traditional farming methods, to improve soil and crop health. They collaborate closely with farmers to identify any crop or soil problems and work closely with them to balance the minerals in the soil, through audits, sampling, and bespoke products.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with farmers and their agronomists. You will be regularly visiting farms, walking crops, and assessing the soil and crops. You will talk through biological control methods and communicate with colleagues to ensure soil samples and investigations are done.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in large scale farming and be keen to find a role that focuses on regenerative agriculture and communication with farmers. We are open to what you have done previously, but the ability to walk crops and assess the health of crops and soil is key. A desire to build a career with a growing business is essential.
