NIAB runs the largest field crop research operation in England and Wales, with its headquarters at Cambridge and twelve regional centres and over fifty staff directly involved with in-field trialling of crop varieties and inputs. We are currently looking to fill a position in our West region.

You will have at least five years’ experience of working in arable field trials and ready for the next step in your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on more responsibility for trial programme and people management whilst still remaining fully involved in day-to-day activities in the field.

If successful, you will be responsible for regional centre function plus the opportunity to manage / specialise in other projects.

A full UK driving licence is required as travel around the country to trial sites is required.

This is a 2-year fixed term, full-time appointment with a salary in the range of £30,797 to £40,637 per annum depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
