Skilled Arable Operator (Hampshire)

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to take on key responsibilities within a dedicated team on a 1,200ha arable farming business at Lower Norton Farms based in north Hampshire. The primary role will be principal sprayer operator with the opportunity for the right candidate to work closely with the agronomist and potentially advance towards a BASIS qualification if desired. Other roles will include responsibility for managing an extensive hedge cutting program within Environmental Stewardship Schemes as well as general arable operations.

The successful candidate will hold PA1 and 2 qualifications and have some experience of precision farming systems using large modern arable machinery, be self-motivated and capable of working to top industry standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conscientious and enthusiastic person to become a valued and important member of a progressive family run business.
