Network Manager (Midlands)

Salary c. £55k + car

This is an autonomous and high-profile role. Target driven, you will lead and manage our ambitious membership growth and engagement strategy. Your team will deliver against competitive regional membership targets. You will ensure the NFU’s image and brand is communicated and represented effectively at our events across the Midlands.

Managing a team of 10 (who manage over a 100 remote colleagues). They are the first point of contact for NFU members and are responsible for local lobbying and campaigning, member events and achieving membership recruitment targets.  Your strengths are your ability to influence, motivate and develop your people.  You will have extensive experience ideally supported with a relevant degree.

You will be flexible and willing to travel within the region. The role can be done in a flexible way, including an element of working from home.
