TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE?

• To manage the account teams and help develop and implement joint strategic business plans and coordinate support activities with several national distributors
• Identify new business opportunities
• Maintain all aspects of account management using the company CRM system

WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED?

• You will be an excellent leader with a reputation in the industry for delivering quality service and support
• Extensive knowledge of the crop inputs sector
• You will need to be familiar with how distribution works within the sector
• An Agriculture based qualification would be an advantage but not essential
• A Commercial background in crop nutrition would be an advantage
• BASIS is a desirable requirement
• Strong organisational, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
