Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Arable Operator to join our 1800 acre farming and contracting business based near March, Cambridgeshire.

The role will involve being the primary operator of one of our Valtra T234 tractors, 36 metre Berthoud trailed sprayer and Class Lexion Combine, together with providing cultivation and drilling support.

The successful applicant will: -

• Hold PA1, PA2 and Telehandler certificates.
• Have competent precision farming skills.
• Have attention to detail in all aspects of work on our farm and for contracting clients.
• Ability to plan and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to service and maintain machinery to a very high standard.
• Be a highly motivated team player with good communication skills, whilst also being confident to work alone.
