(East/West Midlands, East Anglia and East Scotland)

The department:

Our origination department create and manage the relationship with thousands of growers across mainland Great Britain who supply grains, oilseeds and pulses to the company.

The role:

Due to our continued expansion, Viterra UK Ltd. are looking for a number of Farm Traders to join our successful team. As a Viterra Farm Trader you will work closely with our existing team and contacts, using your networking and industry knowledge to help grow our business in your area.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
• Superb customer service and relationship building ability
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and common sense
• Ability to work alone, under pressure and as part of a team
• Commercial mindset
• Good knowledge of excel
• Strong numerical and analytical skills

It will be advantageous if you have:

• Knowledge of AIC and FOSFA contracts
• A good understanding of arable farming

Salary will be commensurate with experience and industry knowledge plus 25 days holiday, 10% company pension contribution, private healthcare and other generous benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm.

We can offer home-based working or you can work out of one of our regional offices.
