I am looking for someone to join an innovative international cattle genetics business in their close knit, ambitious UK Team. This growing business are taking the market by storm and as a result are looking for a driven salesperson to manage their South Wales Accounts.

If the genetics industry has always appealed to you but you don't have prior experience/knowledge of genetics this could be your chance, this business is offering a rare training opportunity for someone with the desire to learn and a passion for on farm sales.

It is essential that the successful person has experience in account management and can provide the exceptional service the clients are accustomed to.

The successful person will:

• Be self-motivated, driven, and ambitious.
• Integrate well into a motivated team, working closely together to maximise growth in the business.
• Have a strong practical livestock understanding, particularly cattle.
• Relish the challenge of on farm sales, you will be joining a proactive business who are continually growing and expanding sales.

Salary is dependent on experience with uncapped commission leading to high OTE.
