The Teouma group of companies located in Vanuatu is looking for a farm Manager to manage one of their cattle station.

The contract includes, car, accommodation, phone and one return ticket to Australia per year.

The person needs to have experience in the Cattle industry and must be able to manage a 5000 hectare farm with 6000 head on his own.

The person must also have the below skills:

• Must be able to manage a team of 15 people including stockmen, Tractor drivers, mechanic, fencing team.
• Must  be able to do Pregnancy Testing on Cows.
• Must be able to do Artificial Insemination.
• Must be able to manage pasture and cattle rotations
• Must be capable of entering all stock & stock movements thru the Agriwebb cattle software the company uses.
• Must be able to maintain and manage the cleaning of the improved pasture with the tractors and maintain the assets of the farms like, water pumps, fences, etc..
• Must be able to heard cattle on horseback with the stockmen.
• Must be able to manage husbandry of the heard.

Must have good mechanical knowledge to organize maintenance of the tractors, generators and other farm machinery.
