If you have strong practical arable experience and are looking for a career defining opportunity to progress into farm management this position is second to none.
My client is a prestigious family-owned business operating in the midlands, this diverse agricultural business will not only provide you with exceptional training but also an outstanding working environment with a traditional family feel.
You will be joining a predominantly arable farm operating the latest machinery, what is truly unique about this role is that they also own a machinery business therefore you will be involved with trialling and providing demos of the latest products on farm. There is also a beef herd on the farm so if you do have experience with beef cattle this would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
What will I need to be successful?
- A strong arable background, experience in operating a wide range of machinery.
- A passion for the latest farming technology.
- Driven, motivated and hardworking. You will have significant autonomy and exceptional room to grow in the role.
- This role is all about the right person, you will be entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and committed to the farm and your career.
