Looking for an arable production role with next level support?-East of England - AS018

We are currently seeking an experienced production manager to work alongside the operational manager of a well-established arable farm in the East of England.

The family run farm is spread over 7000 acres, using the most modern machinery to produce SB, potatoes, vine peas, maize and onions. It also has cold storage on site for year round selling of the potatoes and onions.

On a day to day basis you can expect to be doing the general working of the land whilst adhering to red tractor audits, plenty of crop walking and analysing data, developing accurate costings and being responsible for all customer requests and recording systems.

What we are looking for from you:

• A minimum of 5 years arable experience.
• Up to date BASIS qualification (advantages but not essential).
• Ideally an agricultural degree.
• Great communication skills.
• Clear understanding of all relevant schemes and grants.
