A dairy advocate is sought after for a leading education and research facility in the North of the UK. As part of an exciting expansion of the Agricultural department, a new Farm Operations Manager is required to oversee the entire operation.

This is unlike any commercially run dairy, major dairy trials are run on a frequent basis on this specifically designed teaching and research facility. With 3 sites to manage, you will be required to oversee all budget management, crop planning and health protocols.

This is by no means a generic Farm Manager role; however, will be highly rewarding with generous benefits.

About you:

• Have proven dairy herd management experience.
• Creative mindset.
• Excellent communication with a wide range of characters.
• Experience is budgets and forecasting.
• Previous experience of managing large teams.
• Have an influential presence.
• Be highly organised and ability to maintain records.
