The Lettuce Company is a successful and ambitious company that is part of a group of companies operating in Kent, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Senegal (West Africa) supplying the major UK supermarkets. 

Role:

• Based in North Kent, operating a modern Sands 3000 24 metre self-propelled sprayer and a modern fleet of New Holland tractors. 

Requirements:

• As a member of a small friendly team, it is imperative to be solution focused team player, self-motivated and an excellent communicator. 

• Competent tractor operator
• Full UK driving licence
• Age 21+
• Flexible towards working hours and changing of priorities
• Ability to work as a team player and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
• For Spraying, previous spraying experience is desirable but full training will be given to those who possess PA1 and PA2.
