This business sells new and used machinery, provide hires and also service and repairs- a truly diverse privately owned business with a close knit family feel. You will be joining an established and experienced team, a positive environment where you can learn from the best.

This position would be ideally suited to a graduate with experience in arable machinery or alternatively someone with a strong practical background looking to step into the commercial side of the industry.

A role in sales is not for the faint hearted, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills, to be confident and personable with the ability to build rapport and relationships.
• A driven and hardworking personality, this is a rare opportunity to join the machinery sales sector at a junior level. The right person will be invested in developing their career.
• Resilience to deal with the peaks and troughs in sales.
• A strong arable machinery understanding, you will be working with a wide range of new and used machinery or all sizes, ages and price points.
