Working Foreman – Ely, Cambridgeshire.
Are you passionate about using your skills and experience, to provide an excellent water management service for the one of the largest Internal Drainage Boards within the fens? Are you looking for the next step in your career ladder? Currently working in a related field and looking for a new challenge?
The Littleport and Downham Internal Drainage Board (IDB) covers an area of 13,048ha and is responsible for 6 pumping stations and a network of 300km of watercourses.
The role of Working Foreman will be key to the operation/maintenance of our assets. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a small team, as well as managing any contractors.
A can-do attitude and troubleshooting abilities are essential for this role.
