About Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier of potatoes in the UK supplying to retail, wholesale and manufacturers. We provide quality technical advice and support for potato and fresh produce growers and businesses. We're now looking for a Trials Agronomist to join the team.
About the Role
In this role, you will be assisting with managing and monitoring potato variety, crop protection and other trials projects aimed at improving tuber yield, quality and the sustainability of potato production. This role includes collection and collation of reliable data, analysis and reporting and supporting the wider team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in trials (in any crop) and an interest in developing their career further. You will have an interest in R&D and hold your spray certificates. For the right candidate, BASIS and FACTs training can also be provided.
