This business is in the expansion phase, therefore requiring an experienced Shepherd to lead operations forward as Flock Manager.
The flock compromises of 2500 commercially run North Country Mules which are grazed rotationally throughout the year - having experience in varied grazing systems would be highly beneficial for this position. By joining this business, you will have the ability to be part of a successful beef and sheep enterprise which has a focus on regenerative farming.
To be considered:
- Previous shepherding experience is essential.
- Have access to good working dogs.
- Be aware of Red Tractor assurance and Organic standards.
- Be enthusiastic and forward thinking.
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Able to relocate to Oxfordshire.
