HARDI UK Service Manager

The Agrifac UK Group is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to manage the HARDI Dealer networks’ Service operations. Responsible for maintaining customer and dealer communication and aftersales satisfaction, the dedicated HARDI Service Manager will be a proactive, people-oriented, team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge of crop sprayers would be an advantage, although full product training will be given. To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated, able to work alone and as part of a team with a flexible approach.



Main duties expected of the candidate include but are not limited to:

  • Customer and dealer Satisfaction – assist management in implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer/dealer satisfaction
  • Workshop Loading – distribute and control the repairs required by HARDI technical
  • Liaising with the Parts and Sales department
  • Ensure Manufacturer Franchise Warranty/ PIP standards are met and maintained
  • Support Sales with demo days and ADHOC duties
  • Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Ensuring that all documentation and records that are created and maintained by your department are complete, accurate and aligned with any governing quality standards
  • Deliver and develop HARDI training courses to service agents in the UK
  • Deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by maximising the number of hours sold, retail labour and training packages
  • The candidate will ideally have previous experience of agricultural crop spraying machinery, workshop experience, and IBCOS experience, although full training can be given if necessary

Working hours: 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
Overtime will be expected during busy periods.
