Boar Stud Manager in Lincolnshire

We are recruiting for a Manager for a Boar Stud in Lincolnshire (PE21).

Our client operates boar studs and supplies services to pig producers throughout the UK.

They have a full-time vacancy for an individual with previous experience working with pigs or large animals, and farm experience is an advantage.

Person specification:

• Ability to lead a team and manage the overall running of the boar stud
• Accurate record-keeping
• Maintain animal welfare, monitor performance and adhere to Bio Security and hygiene policy
• Management of the boars to include all daily husbandry routines, feeding, power washing, and boar handling

  Salary guide: £30,000+ per year doe
