We have an opportunity for a self-motivated, disciplined, professional who is fully conversant with modern day livestock and arable farming practices. Someone who would relish the challenge of selling our top draw machinery franchises to customers in the beautiful coastal county of Dorset and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will work from our sales office based at our headquarters, but their time will be spent within a defined territory, selling and or demonstrating our range of equipment to predominantly farming customers.

You will need:

• A good degree of computer literacy skills
• An understanding of modern-day farming practices
• An ability to absorb new information and disseminate to customers
• A good communicator with honesty and integrity
• Prepared to work long flexible hours to match industry requirements
• Personal drive to succeed with a ‘can do, must do’ attitude
• Have pride in your personal appearance.
• Have the confidence to communicate with all levels of the business
• The ability to
  • Talk confidently about agriculture and machinery
  • Engage with existing and new customers
  • Develop your sales area into a successful, profitable area
  • Work to deadlines and deliver annual budgets Demonstrate confidence and support to customers
• A proven track record in selling is not essential as training and development will be given A valid UK driving license
