An established fruit production business in Herefordshire is expanding their management team, and is searching for a manager to take responsibility of the packhouse and all operations within it. This role is varied, if you thrive in a fast-paced environment you will find this highly rewarding!

What do I need to be considered?

• Previous experience in a similar setting is essential, particularly large scale horticultural or food production operations.
• Experience of working with soft fruit is desirable.
• Ability to train, lead and motivate a diverse team of staff.
• Ambition and commitment.
• Flexible approach to working, particularly during peak periods.
• Attention to detail, ability to maintain consistently high standards.
