This business critical role is centered around training and supporting the nationwide dealerships in the installation, servicing and maintenance of the company's elite machinery. You will be supporting the engineers out in the field, providing second line technical support and ensure the company's exemplary reputation for customer service is upheld.
You will be office based, 2-3 days per week when not out visiting dealerships so do need to live within a 90 minute commute of their midlands based office.
You will:
- Have a passion for customer service, taking true pride in your work.
- Hold a valid UK driving license and passport.
- An affinity with the agricultural community, ideally a dairy background.
- Have an understanding of machinery.
